Fixed seating is usually the biggest single item in a room's furniture budget, and the one where a bad fit is impossible to hide. It is also the fastest way to raise the number of covers a room takes without making it feel crowded.
We survey and template on site, manufacture in Rochdale and fit with our own team. Because the build happens off site, the room only closes for the installation.
How it works
Survey
We come out, measure and template in plywood where walls are out of true. Mill conversions, listed buildings and old pubs almost never have square walls — that is exactly why we template rather than work from a drawing alone.
Off-site build
Everything is manufactured in sections in Rochdale, so the room only loses trading days for the fit and not the build.
Backs and detailing
Buttoned, fluted, panelled or plain. Panelling and dado can be carried round the room in the same polish as the seating.
Fit
Fitted by our own team, in a single visit wherever possible, with levelling built into the plinths so an uneven floor does not show.

Matching panelling to carry the scheme round the whole room.
The process
Survey to fit.
Brief
Send a drawing, a photograph or a rough sketch. For fixed seating we come out, measure and template the room before anything is cut.
Sample
You get a firm price and, for anything bespoke, a physical sample to approve. Nothing goes into production until you have signed off something real.
Workshop
Frames are cut and jointed, seats sprung or webbed, timber polished to your finish and everything assembled and inspected in house.
Delivery
Delivered nationwide and, for fixed seating, fitted by our own team in a single visit so the room reopens on schedule.
