You are welcome to come and see work in progress — it is the fastest way to judge how something is built. Please ring ahead so someone is free to walk round with you.
Firgrove Business Park is a few minutes from junction 20 of the M62 and a short taxi ride from Rochdale station.
Before you call
Answers to the usual questions.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. We will make one chair or six hundred. Bespoke one-offs and prototypes are a normal part of what we do — most of the ranges on this site began as a single commission.
Can you upholster in our own fabric?
Yes. Customer's own material (COM) is welcome across the ranges. Send us the reference and we will confirm the metreage, and flag it if the fabric is not rated for the level of use you are planning.
Can you match or copy furniture we already have?
Usually. Send a photograph and the key dimensions, or ideally one of the existing pieces. We can match the frame, the polish and the upholstery detail so additions sit alongside your current furniture.
Can frames be polished to our own colour?
Yes — most timber frames can be polished to a client's colour. We will spray a sample to your reference and get it approved before production.
Do you reupholster and repair?
We do, including furniture we did not originally make. Reusing a sound frame costs less than replacing it and keeps a set consistent. We can work in rotation so a room stays open.
Do you deliver and fit?
We deliver nationwide. Fixed seating, booths and panelling are fitted by our own team, in a single visit wherever possible.
Do you work with designers and architects?
Constantly — it is how a lot of the ranges here came about. We are comfortable working from CAD, hand drawings or a mood board, and we will feed back on buildability and cost before anything is committed.
